A great weekend.

Halloween weekend was totally fucking awesome. We were (legally!) fucked up the whole time and hanging out with all our friends and family in Atlanta. And we went dancing, although that was kinda lame because cover was really expensive (even if we got in for only $15 because we were “21″ and “in costume” ) and they kicked us out at 3 AM unless we payed more money. And, the played some really lame stuff… but some great stuff too. The band was fucking *awesome* ! And Kara was up dancing on stage. I was going totally fucking nuts with my glowsticks and stompy boots in the middle of the floor and people were clearing out for me and Lera, and some people came over and “raved” with me My hair was all lovely and dreadful thanks to miss Kara

Apparently some guy was almost grinding my ass while I was dancing and I didn’t even notice it. I’m not used to this ‘guys checking me out thing’

I got to visit my family back in Alpharetta as well as Darrin, Katy, and Tamara, and my parents gave me lots of money and a *lot* of really really nice, expensive food!! I’m so happy right now ^_^ They’ve been totally 100% supportive and sweet to me. I really can’t ask for more

My new job at Anchor Blue is so awesome. Even though it’s a really cute, preppy-ish store, I can keep my piercings, dye my hair, wear some gothy/industrial things mixed with cuter preppier fashions, etc. So in other words, I get a LOT of freedom with my expression there. Not to mention my coworkers are completely awesome. Totally laid back and fun. I came out to my manager (since he had to see my ID) and he didn’t make a big deal of it whatsoever. In fact, they ask you “what gender do you identify as” instead of what gender you are on your application. It’s so cool.

And, I’m soaking up other peoples’ hours since they’re out, etc. I have 14.5 hours already in the first week, most of which is going to be training and getting acclimated. I’m also getting $6.75 starting pay per hour, and we get 6 paid holidays per year
